Before your first lesson, you must schedule a one-hour Orientation session with either Dana or Meredith Holladay. The fee for this service is $50. During the meeting we will:
- Audit your logbook (if you’ve already logged some flight and ground training at another school; additional hourly charges may apply depending on the complexity of the audit)
- Register for your Student Pilot Certificate (if you do not already have one) in IACRA or make a copy of your current FAA pilot certificate
- Discuss FAA Medical requirements and/or make a copy of your current FAA medical certificate or Basic Med documentation
- Review our Policies and Insurance
- Review the syllabus and materials for the Training Program you intend to complete
- Login to Flight Circle, our online scheduling and billing system
- Sign our Aircraft Rental Agreement
All students must provide their own headset and iPad with ForeFlight. If you are an Android user, you may use Garmin Pilot as an alternative.
